Terms of service.

We ask our clients to read through these Terms of Service carefully.

Please note that you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by making an appointment with Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd to use our services.

LIMITED LIABILITY

By accepting our Terms of Service and/or booking or receiving any of our Services provided by Siam Breeze, you agree that:

(a)  To notify your therapist and/or Siam Breeze Massage & Spa of any known medical condition or injuries, and to inform the therapist of any changes in your health and medical condition. You understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s or Siam Breeze’s part should you fail to do so.

(b)   At Siam Breeze massage treatment is provided for relaxation, stress reduction, relief from muscular tension, and circulation improvement. You understand that the Services offered are not a substitute for medical care and that your therapist or Siam Breeze Massage & Spa are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe medications or treat physical or mental illnesses.

(c)   Within the first 15 minutes of receiving any services, you can request a different therapist or ask for a full refund if the treatment did not match your expectation. If you experience pain or discomfort during the session, you should immediately inform your therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to your comfort level. You cannot hold your therapist or Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd responsible for any pain or discomfort you experience during or after the session if you fail to tell us so while receiving our services.

(e)   You understand that massage therapy is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual.

(d)   Any therapist at Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd may refuse to treat a client or part of their body if they have a reasonable cause. Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd reserves the right to terminate any appointment if they believe it is not safe or in the guest’s best interest to continue. Likewise, the guest has the right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment at any time regardless of prior consent.

PREGNANCY

Siam Breeze therapists are not able to accommodate guests who are pregnant.

Guests aged under 18

Minors (12-18) can receive massage therapy at Siam Breeze Massage & Spa with written parental/legal guardian consent. The parent or legal guardian must be present to help complete the Health Questionnaire Form for the minor, along with consent for the massage therapy session

· In collaboration with the consenting adult and child, the massage therapist will assist in establishing goals for the session(s). 

· For clients, aged 15 and under, the parent/guardian must be present in the treatment room. 

· For clients ages 16-17, a parent/guardian should be in the treatment room during each session. Once a comfortable therapeutic relationship has been established and the massage therapist, child and parent are comfortable, the parent/legal guardian does not have to be present in the room. 

· Appropriate draping will be used at all times during the massage with only the areas being massaged uncovered. 

APPOINTMENTS

You can make an appointment with Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd in several ways including through our website, telephone, text, or email.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to get ready for your treatment.

Siam Breeze cannot honour appointments with late arrivals affecting other guests’ appointments. Treatment starting late will finish at the appointed time.

Before your first appointment with us, you will receive a Consultation Form by email. Please complete this form as we will not be able to treat you until you have done so. Filling in the form on the day you arrive can cause a delay or may be counted towards part of your appointment session.

Your information will be kept on our database for 6 months, and you will be asked to complete the consultation form again after your current data is deleted. 

Please note that if there are any changes in the information already provided you are responsible to inform us.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. You will be liable for the full cost of a session if you fail to attend an appointment without giving enough cancellation notice as above.

If you need to cancel your appointment at short notice due to Covid-19-related symptoms, a long-term medical condition that varies daily, or because you are pregnant, we are happy to review the cost of your treatment on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals

It is important to keep to the agreed appointment time and duration. We appreciate that you may sometimes arrive a little late or need to leave earlier than planned. This is fine, but we cannot compensate for the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Due to the nature of massage therapy and the need for close contact, all Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd therapists will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene. We ask our guests to ensure they maintain a similar level of personal hygiene.

If a therapist is unwell, suffering from a cold, any other infection or general ill health, they will not be allowed to work due to the risk of cross-contamination. This may result in Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd contacting you to inform you of the issue at the earliest opportunity to make suitable alternative arrangements.

Guests are asked not to attend a massage session if they are unwell, suffering from a cold, virus infection, or general ill-health. If you are unwell, please contact Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd by email or phone call as soon as you can to rearrange your appointment. Please note that our Cancellation Policy may still apply in such circumstances

CONFIDENTIALITY

Our client's details and other information are confidential and are safeguarded by Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd and Formstack. Unless we are required to reveal such information by law, we will not share, sell or distribute any information you provide. 

Formstack Forms fully comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) across our plans. Please refer to its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy


Consultations and guest treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the guest unless the guest is under 18 or has a care worker or guardian.

Each therapist working for Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd will have access to these records only for the duration of their contract with Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd, and solely to provide you with the most appropriate treatment.

PERSONAL BELONGING

Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd, including the therapists, will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your time at the Siam Breeze Massage & Spa premises.

Prohibited Behaviour

Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd holds the right to refuse treatment if a guest is physically or verbally abusive towards any therapist, staff member or other guests or demonstrates inappropriate or aggressive behaviour. Such behaviour may result in a partial or total ban from Siam Breeze Massage & Spa Ltd or criminal proceedings against them.
